Cyprus Pharmacies Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cyprus Pharmacies, including the iOS application, cyprus-pharmacies.com, community update features, alerts, maps, and related services (together, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by PRAESI Technologies Ltd (“PRAESI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using Cyprus Pharmacies, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. What Cyprus Pharmacies Does

Cyprus Pharmacies helps users find pharmacy information in Cyprus, including pharmacy listings, on-call pharmacies, opening information, phone numbers, addresses, maps, directions, alerts, and community-submitted updates.

The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

Cyprus Pharmacies is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, emergency service, medical device, prescription service, or medicine sales platform.

## 2. Important Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

Cyprus Pharmacies does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency dispatch, prescriptions, medicine sales, or professional healthcare services.

Pharmacy hours, on-call schedules, emergency numbers, contact details, map locations, availability, and source data may change without notice.

Always call the pharmacy before travelling.

If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Cyprus Pharmacies as your only source of emergency information.

## 3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law.

## 4. App Store Terms and Apple Requirements

If you downloaded Cyprus Pharmacies from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and PRAESI, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the Service, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or legal compliance. PRAESI is responsible for providing support as described in these Terms and as required by applicable law.

You receive a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Media Services Terms and applicable App Store usage rules, including Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.

## 5. Your Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Cyprus Pharmacies for lawful, personal, non-commercial pharmacy discovery and related informational purposes.

You may not:

- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

- Scrape, harvest, bulk export, or republish pharmacy data without permission.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs, servers, or databases.

- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or commercial spam purposes.

- Submit false, defamatory, abusive, offensive, or unlawful content.

- Use the Service to provide medical advice, emergency dispatch, medicine sales, or regulated healthcare services unless legally authorised.

## 6. Pharmacy Data and Official Sources

We aim to present pharmacy information accurately and responsibly, using public, official, licensed, or trusted sources where available.

However, we do not guarantee that any pharmacy data is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for verifying important information directly with the pharmacy, official source, healthcare professional, or emergency service before acting on it.

## 7. Maps, Directions, Location, and Third-Party Services

Cyprus Pharmacies may use or link to third-party services, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Street View, Cloudflare, Apple Push Notification service, Sign in with Apple, App Attest, and other infrastructure or navigation providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, availability, routing, travel times, map accuracy, or external content.

If you use mobile data, maps, notifications, or navigation services, your carrier, internet provider, platform provider, or map provider may apply separate charges, terms, or restrictions.

## 8. Community Updates, Reviews, and User Content

The Service may allow you to submit pharmacy corrections, reviews, ratings, comments, photos, notices, location updates, contact updates, or other content (“User Content”).

You are responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

- You have the right to submit it.

- It does not violate law or third-party rights.

- It does not contain medical advice, private health information, confidential information, abusive content, spam, or misleading claims.

You grant PRAESI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, review, moderate, reproduce, edit, translate, publish, display, distribute, and use your User Content for operating, improving, correcting, and promoting the Service.

We may review, moderate, reject, remove, edit, or disable User Content at any time. We may suspend or restrict users who submit abusive, false, unsafe, unlawful, or repeated low-quality content.

If you see incorrect, offensive, or unsafe content, contact operations@praesi.ai or use the available reporting/update tools.

## 9. Accounts, Guest Identity, and Sign in with Apple

Some features may work with a guest identity or optional Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for keeping your device, account, and login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without permission.

If account deletion is available in the app, you may use the in-app control. You may also request account or data deletion by contacting operations@praesi.ai.

## 10. Notifications and Alerts

If you enable notifications, Cyprus Pharmacies may send app alerts, on-call pharmacy reminders, source updates, or service notices.

Notifications are informational only. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by device settings, operating system behaviour, network conditions, or third-party services.

You can disable notifications through your device settings or in-app settings where available.

## 11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, code, text, graphics, logos, trade names, data presentation, interface, and other materials, is owned by PRAESI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited licence granted above, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not use Cyprus Pharmacies branding, logos, screenshots, or content in a misleading, commercial, or unauthorised way.

## 12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Cyprus Pharmacies Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, how to request deletion, and how to contact us about privacy rights.

## 13. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. The Service may depend on third-party data, network access, official sources, app stores, device permissions, and backend services.

## 14. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyprus Pharmacies is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

## 15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAESI and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, opportunity, or reliance.

We are not liable for decisions made based on pharmacy listings, maps, directions, alerts, third-party data, source data, or user-submitted content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

## 16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PRAESI harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

## 17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, abused community features, attempted unauthorised access, or used the Service unlawfully.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, privacy, governing law, and dispute provisions.

## 18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, website, App Store listing, or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

## 19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Where permitted by law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have mandatory rights and remedies under the laws of your country of residence.
