CYGO and CYGO Driver Support

For ride, payment, payout, account, accessibility, privacy or technical help, email [email protected].

Include the app name, device model, operating-system version and a short description. You may attach a screenshot after removing pickup codes, exact locations, permit details and payment information.

Never email a password, one-time code, full card or bank details, government identity document or private key.

Ride and payment support

Include the ride date and the receipt or ride reference shown in the app. Do not send card details. A completed ride's final fare comes from the Driver's certified taxi meter and must be accepted by the Rider before an in-app card or wallet payment is submitted.

Availability, payment methods and payout timing depend on the approved Driver, service area, network and configured payment provider. For a cancellation, fare, refund or receipt question, provide the ride reference and explain what happened. A refund or payout is complete only when the app and applicable payment provider show it as completed.

Driver and vehicle approval

Driver availability is locked until PRAESI operations approves the Driver account and an active vehicle with the required taxi-permit information. Submit or correct the requested details in CYGO Driver.

Approval confirms the information reviewed by PRAESI. It does not replace a licence, permit, insurance or other legal duty imposed by the competent Cyprus authorities.

Account and data deletion

Signed-in users can permanently delete their CYGO account from Account > Delete account. The app asks for a typed confirmation. A Driver must go Offline first, and unresolved rides, payments, refunds or payouts must be completed before deletion can proceed.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject CYGO account deletion. State whether you used CYGO or CYGO Driver and provide the account email address. We may verify ownership before acting.

We delete or de-identify account data unless a record must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. Deleting the app from a device does not delete the account.

Emergency notice

CYGO is not an emergency service. For an emergency in Cyprus, call 112. App support cannot dispatch police, ambulance or fire services.
