Terms of Use for Cyprus Gazette and Tenders

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Cyprus Gazette and Tenders, including the mobile app, Ask Gazette AI features, subscription features, support pages, and related services.

Cyprus Gazette and Tenders is provided by PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD (“PRAESI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded Cyprus Gazette and Tenders from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), unless Apple or we provide another applicable license agreement.

If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will apply to the extent required by Apple’s rules for App Store apps.

2. What the App Does

Cyprus Gazette and Tenders helps users search, monitor, and verify public Cyprus Gazette notices.

The app may include tools to:

- Browse Gazette Sections A, B, and C

- Search notices, tenders, procurement items, companies, vacancies, deadlines, and official text

- View official Gazette source PDFs

- Track watchlist keywords and categories

- Receive deadline or watchlist reminders where enabled

- Use Ask Gazette AI to search Gazette-only evidence in Greek or English

- Open cited results and verify source PDFs

The app is an informational search and productivity tool. It is not an official government service.

3. Official Sources and Verification

The app may display, index, summarize, or link to public Gazette information and official source PDFs.

We do not create the official Gazette notices. Public Gazette content remains subject to the authority, publisher, or source that issued it.

You must verify important information in the official Gazette PDF or official public source before acting.

We do not guarantee that every notice, deadline, tender, company entry, vacancy, PDF, citation, search result, or AI result is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your purpose.

4. No Legal, Financial, Procurement, or Professional Advice

Cyprus Gazette and Tenders does not provide legal advice, financial advice, procurement advice, tax advice, business advice, or professional advice.

Ask Gazette AI and all app search features are informational only.

You are responsible for obtaining professional advice where needed, especially before:

- Submitting a tender

- Relying on a deadline

- Making a legal decision

- Taking court, company, procurement, tax, employment, or regulatory action

- Entering into a contract

- Making a financial or business decision

5. Ask Gazette AI

Ask Gazette AI is designed to search and summarize Gazette-only evidence from indexed Cyprus Gazette material.

Ask Gazette AI may:

- Search candidate Gazette notices

- Summarize cited results

- Highlight why results matched

- Provide citations to section, issue, notice, date, snippet, and source PDF where available

Ask Gazette AI may not always understand your intent. It may return incomplete, irrelevant, outdated, or incorrect results. It may fail to find relevant items even when they exist.

You must verify all AI-assisted results against the official source PDF before acting.

Do not use Ask Gazette AI for emergencies, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any decision requiring guaranteed accuracy.

Do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, confidential business information, trade secrets, or private legal information into Ask Gazette AI.

6. Free Features

The app may offer free features, such as:

- Gazette browsing

- Keyword search

- PDF viewing

- Source PDF access

- AirPrint where supported

- A limited number of watchlist keywords

- A limited number of Ask Gazette AI searches per month

Free limits may change from time to time.

7. Ask Gazette AI Pro Subscription

Cyprus Gazette and Tenders may offer an auto-renewable subscription called Ask Gazette AI Pro.

Ask Gazette AI Pro currently provides:

- 20 Ask Gazette AI searches per month

- Greek and English Gazette-only questions

- Cited results from official Gazette material

- Continued access to normal browsing, keyword search, PDF viewing, source PDFs, and AirPrint without requiring Pro

The price shown in the App Store purchase sheet applies. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and Apple account settings.

8. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Ask Gazette AI Pro is an auto-renewable subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Apple handles billing, refunds, subscription management, and payment processing according to Apple’s App Store rules and policies.

9. Changes to Subscription Features or Pricing

We may change free limits, Pro features, app functionality, or subscription availability from time to time.

Any subscription price changes are handled through Apple and App Store rules. Where Apple requires consent for a price increase, Apple will request it through the App Store subscription system.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

- Use the app for unlawful purposes

- Attempt to bypass subscription limits or access controls

- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or tamper with the app except where legally permitted

- Use automated tools to overload, scrape, or abuse our services

- Submit malicious, misleading, or harmful requests

- Upload or enter sensitive personal data unnecessarily

- Use Ask Gazette AI as a substitute for professional advice

- Rely on app results without checking official source material

11. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The app may depend on third-party services, public websites, official PDF availability, Apple services, cloud hosting, internet access, and AI service providers.

Features may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed without notice.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the app where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, App Store requirements, cost control, or product improvement.

12. Public Gazette Content

The app may display public-sector notices, company notices, court notices, procurement notices, vacancies, and other public Gazette material.

This content may include names, company names, public authority information, addresses, tender details, deadlines, legal references, and other official public information.

We do not claim ownership over official Gazette source material.

Any rights in official Gazette documents remain with their respective public authority, publisher, or rights holder.

13. Intellectual Property

The app, design, software, indexing logic, search tools, Ask Gazette AI interface, compiled datasets created by us, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by PRAESI or our licensors, except for public Gazette content and third-party materials.

You may use the app for personal or internal business purposes according to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or our compiled datasets unless we give written permission or the law allows it.

14. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The app may use or link to third-party services, including:

- Apple App Store and StoreKit

- Cloud hosting providers

- AI service providers

- Official Gazette PDFs

- Public authority websites

- Procurement portals

- External web links

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, policies, or practices.

You should review third-party terms and privacy policies separately.

16. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability.

We do not guarantee that:

- Search results will be complete or accurate

- AI results will be correct

- Deadlines will always be detected or displayed correctly

- PDFs will always load

- Public source links will always work

- Gazette data will always be current

- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

This includes losses arising from reliance on search results, AI results, deadlines, source links, PDF previews, public notices, or subscription availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your misuse of the app

- Your breach of these Terms

- Your unlawful use of Gazette information

- Your reliance on unverified app or AI results

- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable laws

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risk, or used the app unlawfully.

You may stop using the app at any time.

Subscription cancellation must be handled through your Apple Account subscription settings.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory legal rights in your country of residence.
